Alexandra, an abstract artist based in Marin County, California, graduated with honors from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her artistic journey was shaped by studying under renowned artists like Leslie Allen, Quong Ho, and Trudy Stretton, which instilled in her a distinctive style characterized by bold expression and emotional depth. For two decades, she successfully ran a thriving mural business called Stretton Designs, painting murals for prominent clients in Denver and the Bay Area. Her remarkable talent has garnered international recognition, including a commission from Gianni Versace for trompe l’oeil and Italian landscape murals in his flagship store. Additionally, she had the privilege of having her work displayed at a private showing for ambassadors and heads of state at The Collegio Teutonico in Vatican City. Currently, Alexandra continues to showcase and sell her paintings from her studio in Sausalito, California, at the ICB. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Eric, and they share two beautiful children, Vivienne and Turner.
